原片玻璃厚度一般3～12mm，采用手工或全自動切割機(jī)進(jìn)行切割，需保證尺寸合乎要求。在工人操作過程中應(yīng)避免玻璃表面有劃傷，并選擇沒有氣泡、夾渣、內(nèi)質(zhì)不均勻、色差、脫膜等明顯缺陷的原片。中空玻璃的整個(gè)制造流程為：清洗一合片一壓合一打膠；隔條切割一彎框或插腳一灌分子篩一打丁基膠。

　　一、玻璃清洗干燥

　　1、 Glass cleaning and drying

　　該工序必須采用機(jī)器清洗，人工清洗不能保證清洗質(zhì)量。采用5MΩ去離子水保證密封膠和玻璃的可粘結(jié)性，還可通過對水進(jìn)行過濾以循環(huán)使用。通過光照檢驗(yàn)玻璃表面是否殘存水珠、水漬等，如果存在，可以調(diào)整機(jī)器的運(yùn)行速度、毛刷間隙、風(fēng)量、加熱溫度再進(jìn)行檢查。清洗過后應(yīng)在1h之內(nèi)完成中空玻璃的組裝。

　　二、膠條式中空玻璃及鋁條式中空玻璃的組裝

　　首先進(jìn)行膠條的粘貼、切斷。組裝膠條式中空玻璃要求合片室的加工溫度冬季在10～20℃，夏季在20～30℃范圍為宜，灌裝分子篩時(shí)由于膠條式中空玻璃的干燥劑為粉末狀，同膠混合均勻后發(fā)揮作用較慢，因此應(yīng)當(dāng)在膠條的裝配區(qū)域保證相對較低的濕度。組裝鋁條式中空玻璃要求的加工溫度在l0～30℃范圍內(nèi)，相對濕度正常即可，但應(yīng)當(dāng)選擇合格的干燥劑，并且在開封后24h內(nèi)用完。為加強(qiáng)密封，常采用雙道膠進(jìn)行密封，丁基膠為第一道密封，聚硫膠為第二道密封。

　　三、玻璃壓合

　　膠條式中空玻璃壓合時(shí)注意合片玻璃邊部要對齊，壓片時(shí)在后面預(yù)留小口，讓干燥后的氣體從小口溢出，也可填充隋性氣體后隨即封口。

　　When laminating rubber strip insulated glass, pay attention to aligning the edges of the laminated glass. When pressing, reserve a small opening at the back to allow the dried gas to overflow from the opening. Alternatively, it can be filled with inert gas and then sealed immediately.

　　四、手動或自動打密封膠

　　鋁條式中空玻璃，合片后鋁框外邊部到玻璃邊部應(yīng)有5～10mm的距離，用于涂第二道密封膠。聚硫膠應(yīng)均勻沿一側(cè)涂布，以防止中間夾雜氣泡，涂完后刮去玻璃表面殘余。至此完成鋁條式中空玻璃的加工。

　　Aluminum strip insulated glass should have a distance of 5-10mm from the outer edge of the aluminum frame to the edge of the glass after lamination, for applying the second layer of sealant.
