操作注意事項(xiàng)
　　1. Precautions for operation
　　1、混膠或沖槍（沖洗混膠器、膠嘴）時(shí)，必須把機(jī)頭行走到軌道末端，用接膠板接住膠嘴內(nèi)放出的膠，以免污染設(shè)備。
　　1, when mixing glue or punching gun (Flushing glue mixing machine and rubber nozzle), we must walk the machine head to the end of the track, and use the adhesive plate to catch the glue released from the rubber nozzle, so as not to contaminate the equipment.
　　2、操作參數(shù)設(shè)置時(shí)，在控制箱pc顯示屏上進(jìn)行，根據(jù)須要而選擇設(shè)定值，不要隨意設(shè)定，以免控制器發(fā)出錯(cuò)誤的信息，影響打膠質(zhì)量或損壞設(shè)備。
　　2, when the operation parameter is set, it is carried out on the PC display box of the control box. According to the requirement, the setting value is selected, and it is not set at will, so that the controller can send out the wrong information, affect the quality of glue or damage the equipment.
　　3、混膠或沖槍時(shí)，一定要先打開膠嘴控制閥門，然后再打開供膠機(jī)，以免壓力劇增損壞設(shè)備或者出現(xiàn)安全事故。

　　4、打膠時(shí)一定要扶好玻璃，避免玻璃脫離定位，影響打膠質(zhì)量。

　　5、沖槍時(shí)先關(guān)閉機(jī)頭上的B膠出膠閥門，關(guān)閉B膠泵，然后打開B膠回流閥門，后沖槍，沖洗至出膠口不出黑膠，沖洗才能結(jié)束。

　　6.機(jī)頭電機(jī)下面不要有異物，遠(yuǎn)離電機(jī)以免發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)。

　　10.打三玻時(shí)要將鋁框檢測(cè)探針缷掉，雙玻時(shí)在安裝上。
