　　接通氣源,檢查管路是否通暢，有無破損。氣源壓力要求0.6～0.8mpa。

　　將一定尺寸規(guī)格、已磨邊的玻璃放到入料段傳送輥上（先后放2片），自動(dòng)送入清洗段。

　　若有緊急情況時(shí)，按操作面板上的急停按鈕，則整機(jī)斷開電源，排除故障后，再重新啟動(dòng)；

　　玻璃在清洗前必須經(jīng)過磨邊，否則會(huì)對部分構(gòu)件造成損傷。

　　水箱內(nèi)的水量充足。

　　The water level in the tank is sufficient.

　　調(diào)節(jié)變頻調(diào)速器，根據(jù)實(shí)際清洗干燥情況調(diào)定清洗機(jī)傳送速度。

　　Adjust the frequency converter and set the conveying speed of the cleaning machine according to the actual cleaning and drying conditions.

　　清洗玻璃厚度為3~12mm，經(jīng)干燥后玻璃后邊緣有微量水珠。
