　　1、 Introduction to two-component gluing machine? 　　2 . 升降機構(gòu)：A、B組份膠泵分別設(shè)一套氣動升降機構(gòu)，該升降機構(gòu)分別由兩個氣缸并聯(lián)組成，并通過橫梁固定連接各自的泵體。其目的之一是將兩缸的作用力通過壓盤作用在膠面上，壓力大小由調(diào)壓閥調(diào)節(jié)，一般調(diào)整在0.3MPa左右；其二，當(dāng)需要更換膠桶時，氣缸可將壓盤提起。離開膠桶，以便更換新的膠桶。2雙組份打膠機的操作1、接通氣源：源接通，調(diào)節(jié)減壓閥至0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統(tǒng)有無漏氣現(xiàn)象。然后試運行以下動作：

　　。以A組份為例：1)操作手動轉(zhuǎn)閥，將A泵提升至最高，提升過程中觀察各管路有無拉伸過緊處。2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻至桶外，膠面塑料片取出。3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時應(yīng)使其與桶口對準，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內(nèi)氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。（提升開關(guān)保持下壓狀態(tài)）4)開機試打膠：將主泵氣源開關(guān)打開，按下膠槍開關(guān)，直至A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續(xù)時停止。用同樣的方法操作B泵。3、打膠操作：1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內(nèi)外調(diào)整至所需比例。只有當(dāng)A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時，才可進行下面的操作。2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關(guān)，以適當(dāng)速度平穩(wěn)地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內(nèi)的雙組份膠填滿充實為佳。打膠結(jié)束時關(guān)閉膠槍。

　　. Taking component A as an example: 1) Operate the manual rotary valve to lift pump A to the highest position, and observe whether there are any tight or stretched parts in each pipeline during the lifting process. 2) Place the glue bucket under the pressure plate of pump A, open the glue bucket, turn the plastic bag inside out of the bucket, and remove the plastic sheet on the glue surface. 3) Slowly lower the pressure plate of pump A, align it with the barrel mouth when entering the barrel, and open the exhaust port of the pressure plate until it contacts the adhesive surface. When all the gas inside the pressure plate is discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed. (Keep the lifting switch in a depressed state) 4) Start up and try gluing: Turn on the main pump air source switch, press the glue gun switch, and stop when the air in pump A is completely discharged and the glue continues to come out from the nozzle. Operate pump B using the same method. 3. Gluing operation: 1) Loosen the locking screw of the proportional pump on the proportional lever and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the desired ratio. The following operation can only be carried out when the ratio of A glue and B glue reaches the normal value. 2) Turn on the selection knob on pumps A and B, align the outlet of the glue gun with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the glue gun switch, and smoothly move the glue gun at an appropriate speed to fill and enrich the two-component glue in the glass groove. Turn off the glue gun at the end of gluing.

　　4、更換膠桶：1）當(dāng)膠桶內(nèi)的膠用完時，應(yīng)立即關(guān)閉A、B開關(guān)，停止打膠。2）打開A（或B）膠泵充氣開關(guān)，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機構(gòu)為上升位置，點動旋鈕使壓盤慢慢提起，此時應(yīng)注意：膠桶盡量不要離開底盤，直至壓盤完全脫離膠桶時關(guān)閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開關(guān)。具體操作：將B泵關(guān)閉，打開B膠回流開關(guān)然后打開膠槍，至膠條為白色即可。3雙組分打膠機的注意事項1.由于雙組份密封膠的固化需要一定時間，因此，已涂了雙組份密封膠的玻璃應(yīng)水平輕輕搬動。

　　4. Replace the glue bucket: 1) When the glue in the glue bucket is used up, immediately turn off switches A and B to stop gluing. 2) Turn on the inflation switch of the A (or B) glue pump, select the lifting mechanism of the A (or B) glue pump as the rising position, and jog the knob to slowly lift the pressure plate. Due to the curing time required for two-component sealant, glass that has been coated with two-component sealant should be gently moved horizontally.

　　2.A組、B組份膠應(yīng)保持清潔，嚴防異物進入膠中。

　　3.在連續(xù)工作過程中，膠槍每次停止工作時間一般不得超過20分鐘，否則，應(yīng)用A組份膠沖出全部混合膠，直至單一的A組份膠從槍口排出為止。

　　3. During continuous operation, the glue gun should generally not stop working for more than 20 minutes each time. Otherwise, the A-component glue should be used to flush out all the mixed glue until a single A-component glue is discharged from the muzzle.

　　4.高壓膠管不得強行擠壓、彎曲，防止影響系統(tǒng)正常工作。

　　7.不同雙組份膠生產(chǎn)廠家所生產(chǎn)的膠內(nèi)含雜質(zhì)數(shù)量不同，根據(jù)實際情況清晰B組分的過濾網(wǎng)及單向止回閥，建議每兩組清洗一次。

　　二、單組份打膠機簡介膠槍是一種打膠（或擠膠）的工具，需要施膠的地方就有可能會用到，廣泛用于建筑裝飾，電子電器，汽車及汽車部件，船舶及集裝箱等行業(yè)。氣動膠槍是依靠壓縮空氣為動力，去推動膠的底部，較手動膠槍而言可減輕操作者的勞動強度，提高工作效率及打膠的質(zhì)量。不需要接電源，一般工廠生產(chǎn)流水線上配備有壓縮空氣氣源（通過氣管來自工廠的空壓站或空壓機）。

　　電動膠槍

　　Electric glue gun

　　1）槍體漏氣：可將螺絲卸下，重新裝上，再將螺絲擰緊?；蛴貌Ａz密封一下，嚴重漏氣，請聯(lián)系供應(yīng)商更換槍體。

　　3、使用注意事項

　　1． 與膠槍連接的壓縮空氣壓力不能超過145 p.s.i（10bar）

　　2． 拆卸膠槍前一定不要接上壓縮空氣。
