　　2、雙組份打膠機(jī)使用的硅酮膠或聚硫膠要注意雜質(zhì)不能過高，低質(zhì)量的膠容易堵塞膠管的過濾系統(tǒng)，造成出膠不暢或不均勻。

　　3、在更換膠的品種時(shí)要特別注意把雙組份打膠機(jī)內(nèi)殘留的膠沖凈，最好清洗，因?yàn)椴煌贩N甚至品牌的膠容易反應(yīng)堵塞機(jī)器。4、液壓站系統(tǒng)的壓力，不能調(diào)的太高，要根據(jù)室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫度等實(shí)際情況，調(diào)至滿足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開液壓站時(shí)一定要打開膠槍，否則B組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成安全事故。

　　3.
