　　操作流程：

　　1、放在一個(gè)平整干凈的平面上，連接電源和氣源，兩者確認(rèn)接通之后就開始進(jìn)行操作。

　　2、打膠機(jī)中間會(huì)有一個(gè)混膠過(guò)程，在供膠機(jī)上面混膠完畢之后，需要在電子顯示屏上控制面板上進(jìn)行選擇“行走設(shè)置”。在機(jī)頭停止時(shí)，打開機(jī)頭上面B膠閥門，接著在控制面板上找到Esc鍵返回主界面，然后F2狀態(tài)設(shè)置，在打開界面后按K3鍵供膠開始，當(dāng)膠嘴中完全混合的膠流出按K4鍵結(jié)束供膠

When the machine head is stopped, open the B glue valve on top of the machine head, then find the Esc key on the control panel to return to the main interface, and then set the F2 status. After opening the interface, press the K3 key to start glue supply. When the glue nozzle is completely mixed and flows out, press the K4 key to end glue supply

　　3、需要記住的是工作結(jié)束之后或者在較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不工作時(shí)，需要沖洗混膠裝置，防止供膠管的堵塞，影響未來(lái)使用效果。

　　4、調(diào)整環(huán)節(jié)：吸盤調(diào)整：涂膠機(jī)吸盤與旋轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)的高度調(diào)整合適。

　　5、氣動(dòng)開關(guān)、膠嘴、探針調(diào)整：將事先合好的中空玻璃放在旋轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)上，靠近涂膠機(jī)工作面，然后中空玻璃推到定位上，調(diào)整膠嘴與玻璃的高度，使出膠嘴的出膠口中心語(yǔ)鋁槽中心在同一個(gè)水平線上：膠嘴與玻璃之間的頂力合適：鋁槽深度檢測(cè)探針與出膠口中心線在統(tǒng)一水平線上。

　　5. Pneumatic switch, nozzle, probe adjustment: Place the pre closed insulated glass on the rotating table, close to the working surface of the glue coating machine, and then push the insulated glass to the designated position. Adjust the height between the nozzle and the glass, so that the center of the glue outlet of the nozzle is on the same horizontal line as the center of the aluminum groove. The pushing force between the nozzle and the glass is appropriate. The depth detection probe of the aluminum groove is on the same horizontal line as the center line of the glue outlet.

　　6、啟動(dòng)開關(guān)（機(jī)頭的最前端的光開關(guān)）與玻璃之間的檢測(cè)距離（1.5~2mm）。在控制面板上選擇“狀態(tài)設(shè)置”，打開狀態(tài)設(shè)置后選擇“吸盤開（K5鍵）”，此時(shí)機(jī)頭會(huì)往前移動(dòng)，如果不往前移動(dòng)則檢查并調(diào)整啟動(dòng)開關(guān)的檢測(cè)距離。

　　6. The detection distance between the start switch (the optical switch at the forefront of the machine head) and the glass is 1.5~2mm. Select "Status Settings" on the control panel, open the status settings and select "Suction Cup On (K5 key)". At this time, the machine head will move forward. If it does not move forward, check and adjust the detection distance of the start switch.
