　　雙組份打膠機(jī)需要保證按要求的混合比例穩(wěn)定可調(diào)、充分均勻混合，出膠應(yīng)均勻；膠槍易清洗、存放。需要注意的是：涂膠后的中空玻璃，應(yīng)逐片隔開靜置固化，固化后才能包裝、搬運(yùn)。

　　產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目：外觀、尺寸、厚度、膠深、露點(diǎn)。尺寸和膠深用鋼卷尺測(cè)量，厚度用精度為0.01mm的外徑千分尺或具有相同精度的儀器測(cè)量。露點(diǎn)用專用露點(diǎn)儀測(cè)量。所使用的檢測(cè)儀器應(yīng)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，并經(jīng)過國家計(jì)量部門的計(jì)量檢定，檢驗(yàn)合格之后，進(jìn)行包裝。

　　Product quality inspection items: appearance, size, thickness, adhesive depth, dew point. The size and adhesive depth are measured using a steel tape measure, and the thickness is measured using an outer diameter micrometer with an accuracy of 0.01mm or an instrument with the same accuracy. Dew point is measured using a dedicated dew point meter. The testing instruments used should meet the standard requirements and undergo metrological verification by the national metrology department. After passing the inspection, they should be packaged.
